Delivery Policy

Liability for Delivery & Authority To Leave:

Whilst we offer the ability for customers to have parcels left by Australia Post without having a signature obtained, Zodee is unable to accept responsibility for deliveries of parcels that have not been signed for. By choosing a delivery method that does not require a signature, you are agreeing to these terms. Zodee is unable to offer any compensation for lost or stolen parcels if you opt for "Authority To Leave without Signature", but will offer all reasonable assistance with locating any missing parcels.

Delivery Guarantee:

We guarantee the delivery of all parcels provided the following:

  • A signature upon delivery is requested and required.
  • You do not change the delivery option to 'Authority To Leave' with Australia Post after we have shipped your order.
  • You do not change your delivery address after you have placed your order.
  • You have correctly and completely addressed your parcel.  


We are unable to accept responsibility for any loss or expense due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by you, so please check your order confirmation email carefully and notify us immediately if you have made an error with your shipping address.


For orders over $150, we strongly recommend allowing signature upon delivery.

 

We highly recommend using a business/work address as your delivery address as signatures may be required for delivery and it's usually also easier to make sure someone will be at the address during business hours to accept the delivery.

 

General Terms & Conditions for Delivery

  • Parcels can be signed for by any person over 18 at the delivery address.  It does not need to be the person who the parcel is addressed to.
  • Insurance only offered for deliveries for which a signature is required, or a signed Authority To Leave has been obtained by either Zodee or the Carrier. Once all avenues to recover lost parcels have been exhausted, Zodee will attempt to replace the missing items with the same or similar item, according to the customers wishes. In the event that suitable replacements can not be obtained, then a refund or credit to the members Zodee Club Account will be made. If the customer is not a member, then an account will be created for this purpose.
  • In the event a parcel is returned undelivered back to Zodee, we will inform you as soon as it has been returned. Zodee does not take responsibility for parcels that are incorrectly or insufficiently addressed, however we will do all we can to recover the parcel on your behalf. If you wish to have the parcel redelivered we can do so, we will advise you of the delivery charge for your parcel to be redelivered.  This charge will include the charges from Australia Post to return the parcel to us. If you would like a refund and your order is within the terms of our Returns Policy we can provide a full refund of the items you had ordered less the original postage costs and any costs incurred to have the parcel returned to us. Zodee will hold returned parcels for a period of up to 60 days after your original despatch date. 
  • Zodee reserves the right to charge re-delivery fees where the customer is not available to sign for the parcel.
  • Use the postage calculator in your shopping bag to determine the exact cost of your order prior to ordering.
