I need some help to place an order or want some information about a product

I want to check on the progress of an order (or return/exchange)

 

Whilst Zodee makes every effort to keep you updated with the status of your order by email, If you haven't heard from us you can log into your account and check the status, or you can call us on 1300 855 999 (+612 99863188 from overseas) or email [email protected] and we'll be happy to help.

I need to return my order for exchange or refund

 

No problem, under the terms of our returns policy, we can accept returns up to 60 days after the original despatch date of your order. For your convenience, the returns form is on the reverse of the delivery note on the outside of your parcel. If you no longer have this note, then a blank returns form can be downloaded from our website.

I'd like to come and see your range in store

Unfortunately we do not have the resources or facilities to accommodate personal visits as we do no operate a store, only warehousing facilities. You may choose to collect from our warehouse, please call customer service to arrange.

Can you tell me where I can try on your products or where else I can buy them

We are a retail store and we don't have information about other stockists for the brands we carry. However, you can buy with confidence, as we do ship to most parts of the world and have a 60 day returns policy so you can return your purchases for an exchange or refund if the items do not suit.

Can I collect my order or drop off my return?

If you live locally to our Mount Kuring-gai warehouse, this is a service we do offer, but not on the website. If you would like to collect from our warehouse then please call 1300 855 999 or send an email to [email protected] to make this change. Please wait for an email indicating that your order is ready for collection to avoid a wasted trip. Returns may also be dropped off at our warehouse but they cannot be proceesed immediately. We will email you when your order is ready for collection, or we can ship it to you.

Please drop an email to [email protected] with information about your company/brand, along with any images or look books and our buying team will review them. We will then review the items and contact you if the products may be suitable for our site.

Can I buy products at wholesale for my store?

Zodee is a retailer and does not offer any wholesale facilities, nor do we pass on any supplier information.
