If you are unsure what your status of your order is please check your order confirmation email for the estimated despatch date. If you have not received the confirmation email we advise to check your spam or junk folders, as depending on your email settings our emails can land in those folders. Once you have received your confirmation email there will be an estimated despatch date which will indicate when you should be despatching your order.


Once this date has passed and you have not received any despatch confirmation with your tracking for your package we recommend contacting Customer Service either by heading onto our Live Chat for an instant reply, by calling us on 1300 855 999 (+61 2 9986 3188 if calling from outside Australia) or send an email to info@zodee.com.au
