Delivery times for standard shipping depend mostly on location and take 1 to 10 business days, sometimes a little longer to remote areas. Parcels are dispatched from our Mount Kuring-gai warehouse in Sydney's north. The method chosen will depend on your location. All parcels are sent with full tracking information - details of which are sent with your despatch confirmation. Deliveries are only made on weekdays.

We are not able to offer any delivery time guarantees as we have no direct control over our freight providers.
Estimated shipping times are from when orders are despatched not from ordering. Please pay close attention to the estimated despatch date to avoid disappointment.
4 HOUR DELIVERY (SYDNEY METRO ONLY)
Want your parcel in a hurry? How about our 4 Hour delivery option to selected Sydney Metro suburbs. Pricing is from $5 and is dependent on distance from our warehouse in Mount Kuring-gai in Sydney's North. Pricing is available in the checkout process and is only available for orders where all items are in stock. Orders are despatched between 9am and 2pm on normal business days. Orders placed outside these times will be despatched during the next despatch window
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Signatures & Authority To Leave
Unless otherwise instructed, we send all parcels with an Authority To Leave, meaning the delivery driver will leave the parcel without a signature being required, providing it is safe to do so. Should you require a signature, then there is an additional fee of $3 on top of any other delivery charges. If the driver is unable to obtain a signature, then they will leave a card with instructions on how to obtain your parcel. Depending on the carrier we have chosen, this may be either your local Post Office or to arrange a redelivery and will depend on the delivery method.
By choosing an Authority to Leave you accept that we cannot be held responsible for your order if any parcel tracking shows that the parcel has been delivered. Your parcel will typically only be left if there is a place deemed to be safe to leave the parcel. Unfortunately we cannot control this process as this is dependent on both the carrier and the circumstances for each individual delivery.
Post Office Boxes
Whilst we can happily deliver to PO Boxes, our shipping methods to them are somewhat limited and therefore will be despatched by Standard Delivery only, regardless of the method chosen. We therefore suggest you choose Standard Shipping to PO Boxes to avoid disappointment. No refunds will be processed where not despatched to PO Boxes via an express method.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS
Zodee offers Free Standard shipping worldwide on all orders over $60. For all orders under $60 there is a flat rate of $10. Standard shipping is by Registered Airmail which takes 3-15 working days for delivery. An Express Shipping option is available, pricing is available at checkout as it is based on your location and the items in your shopping bag. All orders, with the exception of some backorders, are despatched via a trackable method, though tracking may be limited in your country.
TAXES & DUTIES
Why has my parcel not been despatched when I chose Express Shipping?
Please check your estimated despatch date in your order confirmation. It is likely that we had to order items from our suppliers which we cannot expedite. Rest assured that as soon as it arrives it will be despatched with an Express Method so you should receive it sooner after despatch. Unfortunately the shipping method does not affect the despatch date, we highly advise to check if your garments are in stock at time of order.
What carriers does Zodee use?
We use a combination of Australia Post, WantItNow (MailCall), Couriers Please, Gologtics, DHL Express & Startrack in order to ensure that your parcels gets to you as safely, conveniently & quickly as possible.
How do I track my parcel?
Full tracking information is provided in your despatch confirmation, plus we will send you emails with progress of your parcel as it makes its way to you. If you don’t receive this email we advised to check your spam or junk folders as depending on your emails settings we do find that our emails can land in those folders. If you still cannot find your email please contact our friendly Customer Service who can assist in tracking your parcel for you.
How are my goods packaged?
All parcels are lovingly packed into sturdy boxes or tough satchels to protect your items by our experienced warehouse team. These same boxes/satchels can then be used to return any items back to Zodee.
Why is my parcel at my Post Office when I chose Authority To Leave?
Parcels being left or not are entirely at the discretion of the delivery driver (depending on the carrier). If they deem that there is nowhere safe to leave the parcel, they will not do so. We are afraid we cannot control this.
Can I change my delivery address?
Delivery addresses can be changed at any point prior to despatch, simply contact friendly Customer Service. Once you receive your despatch confirmation then we are unable to change the address.
Can I choose which carrier you use?
Yes, please contact our friendly customer service team and they will advise your options. Where you decide on your own carrier, different to the one chosen then you will be charged a fee of $4.
Estimated Despatch Dates
All orders are given an estimated despatch date during checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation. However, it must be remember that these are just estimates based on the information available at the time of ordering. Despatch dates can be affected by busy periods or delays from suppliers. We will, of course, endeavour to keep customers informed at all times.
