I am training to run a 5K, I've never run before so never needed a sports bra that actually holds the girls. The closets I got was yoga and bodybalance which does not need the level of support.
Anyhow, this bra holds the breasts in place, fits comfortably, and allows me to run without jiggling. The mp3 holder is tiny, maybe a shuffle? but they have clips, maybe you can use it to stuff money if your going for a run around town and don't have pockets. The heart rate monitor holder straps around the bottom of the bra is too small to hold my Wahoo heart rate monitor.
Having said that, I'm buying another one, only because they are holding assets (hehehe) that I don't want ruined.

Great features, feels supportive, looks great
Overall this is an excellent sports bra. Minimal movement compared to other sports bras I have tried. Great features, making this a versatile bra. Looks great even if worn on its own as it looks like a crop top, covers well with all the features needed to feel confident you are wearing the maximum support available.

Really good sports bra
I find this a really good sports bra. Most supportive one I've tried (I'm a10e) and gives me a nice shape too (not pointy!). Also fits under singlets well, love the adjustable straps, the swivel bits on the front of the straps (makes crossing over straps more comfy) and the pocket which fits my key!

Good Support for cricket players
Overall a good bra, I am on the large side (16DD), and wear this when playing cricket, it gives great support. I generally cannot wear an underwire bra but have no problem with this one. Only drawback is not being able to use the cross over option it is too uncomfortable.

Max support and no bounce
There really is no bounce. It looks big but its all about all encompassing support with comfort. Wide straps yet breaths well. Great for jogging.

The grandaddy of sports bras
I'm a 14E so as you can imagine finding a bra that keeps everything where it should be can be a bit of a chore. However I have finally found a sports bra that is not only comfortable but looks great too. It pretty much looks like a crop top on so if you do happen to like wearing loose fitting singlets it just looks like a black crop top underneath. You also have the option to wear the straps 3 different ways which is massively handy. The cup shape I also found to be extremely flattering and actually made my bust look a lot smaller and because there are no seams there is no rubbing.
Can't recommend this one enough for larger cup sizes, I honestly don't even budge when running in this.

Ultimate support...raises the bar
Another great product, good support but it is quite hot to wear and when crossed over the straps are too high up which causes some discomfort..fine without this.

Great Bra
I am a 10e and find it very difficult to find a good sports bra. I used to need to wear a sports a bra , then a crop top over it, then a top to the gym. This bra is pretty amazing. I would say it is a regular bra size but it is quite firm (you wouldn't want a loose sports anyway!). I agree with most things other people have said about the pocket being small, but good to put a key in and it definitely reduces bounce. It looks quite good too, I am very happy with this bra and would definitely recommend it.

A good option
Not the ultimate sports bra i had hoped it would be but very good. I find the cross over straps really uncomfortable (not unique to this bra and it can be worn without), and oddly, i find it a little squeaky when running.

Highly Recommended Product
I decided to buy this product because I already have it in black. The red version is very attractive. This has got to be the best sports bra ever - it hugs all the right places, stays in place and supports you well. It also has a little ipod pouch - which I use to hold my bobby pins and spare hair elastics. This bra is a pretty standard size. It is also easy to put on by yourself.

yay, no more rubbing
this bra has taken away the annoying rub that was happening on really long runs. the wide band is taking a bit of getting used to but it is very supportive and doesn't move. have not used the (shuffle size) mp3 pouch or heart rate strap but the pouch is probably just as handy for hiding your house key. will buy it again, fits the same as normal berlei sizing

Best sports bra yet
Provides extra support and shape with the underwire, and the compression factor. Great to have the cross-back so the straps don't fall off. I'm a beginner runner requiring a D size bra, and this is the best sports bra I have found. The little pocket isn't large enough for my phone, but the perfect size to put your keys.

Smaller than expected
This bra is difficult to put on and is smaller than other bra's. I needed and extender to get it to fit. However, once the extender was on and I mastered the racer back it is very comfortable and adds a lot of support.

Very supportive and comfortable. Recommend
In order to fit me , all straps and hooks need to be fully extended. I am a large busted medium to large body fit, so not too surprising. Next time, I will probably go for a larger width, but keep the cup size.
As a sports support Bra it is extremely comfortable and supportive with pretty much no bounce. I can recommend it.
But forget about ipod pocket it doesn't fit my small ipod, not a problem, but it may hold my car key!

Most effective sports bra I've ever had.
This bra is fantastic and I am really happy I bought it.
I have very large boobs, and this bra has made it possible to feel comfortable jogging again, which is exactly what I was after. It is worth the money, although only because bras are always so overpriced.
The MP3 player holder is actually only fit for a tiny one - like a shuffle or something. And I haven't used the heartrate monitor holder yet, so cannot cmment on that.
The bra is beautiful and effective, although certainly not an all day wear. However, us women with large breasts know that no effective sports bra is comfortable for the whole day!

This is a great bra to wear for the gym. After doing jogging and then circuit I didnt feel consious of my large breast in a bra. You coudnt see any flab hanging out and it looks great under a tshirt. Im going to get another one.

This is one great bra. It has the best support i have ever experienced compared to the other berlei sports bras. Definitely deserves the SF4 rating. The only thing that you may consider as a con would be that it doesnt seem to breathe as well as the others.
