Smoothes out lumps and bumps but can't work miracles
This was my first purchase of 'shapewear' and I am impressed. I admit I was hoping it would pull a few more centimetres off my waist but it still does a good job. My only criticism is that the waistband rolls down if I bend over too much,. Requires regular adjustment.

True to description
I found this product true to its description. While not being a super "suck in" everything product, it gave me smooth lines and the appearance of firmer buttocks, tummy and thighs. There were no leg lines which was fab as the dress I wore was very slim fitting long line evening dress. They were comfortable to wear too, I didnt feel like I was wearing a Shaper product. I would recomend definately.

Very comfy while giving great control
I was dubious about purchasing some control hosiery after never finding ones that did an all round good job. These however are fantastic! The super soft fabric has just the right amount of give and is very comfortable. You feel firm and supported and the material presents no mid thigh/tummy bulges that could arise from a style with less coverage. Highly recommended.

I bought these spanx pants to wear under a bridesmaid dress. I wouldn't say that they made me 'drop a size' as some others have stated for Spanx products -as these are just hosiery, they really just shape you more than anything. They were really good at "smoothing" the lumps and bumps down (being a size 14). I would reccommend them to go under work clothes (as they leg section is too long for shorter dresses), but if you want something that's totally going to slim you down, then I'd recommend the more expensive spanx like the 'Slim Cognito' as these are made out of non hosiery material and from other reviews I have read they make you drop a size.

Really good but........
This could be a really great product if it didn't have the seam running down the front and back. The back not so much of a problem but the front is awful.
It shows through your clothing if you wear something close fitting (which is why we buy these garments!). I really loved the quality and feel when on. Not tight around the leg band which is great. Works great under clothes that are loose fitting but what would be the point?!. I would have loved this product completely if it wasn't for the thick seam.

This product definitely smooths the bumps. Tuck the top under your bra but be aware it may come out with movement; that is a problem. It feels nice on and the easy access for the toilet actually works but I was concerned about it rolling down a little during the day. You can definitely wear that 'slightly too tight' skirt with the help from these spanx.

It sucks your stomach in and helped get back in to shape.
It's very comfortable to wear and you dont need to wear panties.
Definitely a must-have post natal product.

These are fantastic! I am six months pregnant and love these for both the support they provide and no more VPL. The support is gentle so quite comfortable but just what I need to get through a day a work. There is still a bit of room left so I would imagine should fit through the nine months.

I love my Sara Blakely Hosiery Shaper's Higher Power Brief because I have so far lost 28kg in weight and with that weight loss comes excess loose skin. When I am going out somewhere nice I like to look the best I can to show off my weight loss. With my Higher Power brief I no longer have unsightly loose skin showing and I feel wonderful. Lives up the spanx hype, great for the tum!
I had bought some spanx shapewear when they first hit Australian shores about 4 years ago, have to say wasn't too impressed. Whilst they did suck me in and make my lines more flattering, I was always battling with the elastic top that is supposed to sit under your bra. However I got these hoping that a) the elastic top didn't travel south on me and b) the pantie line wouldn't cut into my bottom and create the unsightly 4 x cheek bottom! However I gotta say, I wore these under a white short dress and there was no vpl and they didnt' budge on me. My problem area is my tummy and it sucked it in nicely and got camouflaged the pouch although, it doesn't completely flatten it like a Victoria's Secret Model... but hey! they aren't miracle workers but they're as close to a miracle as you are going to get!
