Shipping Policies, Terms & Conditions

*Zodee is unable to accept responsibility for deliveries for parcels that have not been signed for. By choosing a delivery method that does not require a signature, you are agreeing to these terms. Zodee is unable to offer any compensation for lost parcels, but will offer all reasonable assistance with locating any missing parcels.

For orders over A$100, selecting a delivery method not requiring a signature will not be possible. This is for the protection of our customers, but also to satisfy the demands of our payment providers.

We highly recommend using a business/work address as your delivery address as signatures may be required for delivery.

General Terms & Conditions for Shipping

• Parcels can be signed for by any person over 18 at the delivery address, not just the addressee.
• Insurance only offered for deliveries for which a signature is required, or a signed Authority To Leave has been obtained by either Zodee or the Carrier. Once all avenues to recover lost parcels have been exhausted, Zodee will attempt to replace the missing items with the same or similar item, according to the customers wishes. In the event that suitable replacements can not be obtained, then a refund to the members Zodee Club Account will be made. If the customer is not a member, then an account will be created for this purpose. Under no circumstances will a full refund be given for lost parcels.
• In the event a parcel is returned undelivered back to Zodee, we will inform you as soon as it has been returned. Zodee does not take responsibility for parcels that are incorrectly or insufficiently addressed, however we will do all we can to recover the parcel on your behalf. If you wish to have the parcel redelivered we can do so, we will advise you of the delivery charge for your parcel to be redelivered. If you would like a refund and your order is within the terms of our 60 Day Returns Policy we can provide a full refund of the items you had ordered less the original postage. Zodee will hold returned parcels for a period of up to 60 days after your original despatch date. Where we have received no response, the order will be cancelled and a credit placed on your Zodee Club account (for members) for the amount of the goods less a 20% restocking fee not including the original delivery costs. This credit can be used towards future orders.
• All exchanges will be sent by standard shipping except where requested on the returns form by selecting the appropriate option. Orders sent by this method can not be insured, and whilst we will endeavour to assist with locating the parcel, but Zodee cannot be held responsible.
• Zodee reserves the right to charge re-delivery fees where the customer is not available to sign for the parcel.

Customs/Duty For Overseas Orders

Most countries have import duty and other taxes on goods entering their country. The amount you are allowed to import varies from country to country and you are responsible for all charges that may be applied to allow your goods to leave customs. Unfortunately Zodee is not able to estimate what these charges might be. For orders being delivered overseas, you are not liable to pay the local Goods and Services Tax (GST) and this will be deducted from your order. For UK customers, choosing the Royal Mail Signed For guarantees that no VAT or Duty will be paid on entry to the UK.
