Postage Options - Australia
|

All Australian orders attract a flat rate postage of $5.95
|
|
regardless of the size or destination.
|
|
However, the delivery method will depend on your location in Australia.
All customers will be offered a delivery method charged at $5.95 with the option to upgrade to other delivery methods based on their location.
Not all services are available to all areas.
The most you will ever pay for postage is $8.95. |

Zodee is unable to accept responsibility for deliveries for parcels that have not been signed for.
By choosing a delivery method that does not require a signature, you are agreeing to these terms.
Zodee is unable to offer any compensation for lost parcels, but will offer all reasonable assistance with locating any missing parcels.

For orders over A$200, selecting a delivery method not requiring a signature will not be possible.
This is for the protection of our customers, but also to satisfy the demands of our payment providers.

| We highly recommend using a business/work address as your delivery address as signatures may be required for delivery.
All parcels are discretely packaged with no indication of the contents of the parcel.

Parcel Post (Australia Post)
Zodee cannot be held responsible for any parcels sent using this method as it is not a trackable system.
By accepting this as your delivery method you are accepting sole responsibility for the parcel.
No compensation will be offered by Zodee in the case of non-delivery.
Delivery times are dependant on your location. Cost is a flat rate of $5.95.

Express Post (Australia Post)
Next day delivery is subject to Australia Post's next day service network from Sydney.
See Australia Post's website for more information.
Since this method does not require a signature, Zodee is unable to accept any responsibility for the delivery of the parcel.
By accepting this as your delivery method you are accepting sole responsibility for the parcel.
No compensation will be offered by Zodee in the case of non-delivery. Cost is a flat rate of $8.95.

Couriers Please
Couriers Please are not able to deliver to PO Boxes or RMB's as nobody is available to sign.
Please do not choose this method if you require delivery - doing so will cause delay and will result in further charges for redelivery.
If Couriers Please are unable to deliver if no-one is available, you will be contacted to arrange redelivery.
If they are unable to deliver within 7 days, the parcel will be returned to Zodee and you will be liable for any redelivery charges.
Couriers Please requires a signature for all parcels.
For this reason, we suggest that you provide a business address where somebody will be able to sign for the delivery.
This need not be the same person as the addressee on the parcel.
Zodee is able to offer compensation to the full value of the order if the parcel has been deemed lost by Couriers Please.
This service is only available to selected customers in Sydney and surrounding areas and is based on your delivery postcode.
Cost is a flat rate of $5.95.

Australian Air Express
Australian Air Express can deliver to anywhere in Australia, including PO Boxes.
Please ensure that somebody is available to sign at the specified address, though this need not be the same person as the addressee on the parcel.
For this reason, we suggest that you provide a business address.
If Australian Air Express are unable to obtain a signature, they will leave a calling card with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel.
This may be to collect from your local post office or to arrange redelivery.
At our discretion, we may charge you a $5 processing fee it the parcel is redelivered or returned to us uncollected.
Zodee is able to offer compensation to the full value of the order if the parcel has been deemed lost by Australian Air Express.
Cost is a flat rate of $8.45.

DHL Express
DHL Express deliver to selected areas of Australia, preferably to business addresses but cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Please ensure that somebody is available to sign at the specified address, though this need not be the same person as the addressee on the parcel.
For this reason, we suggest that you provide a business address.
If DHL are unable to obtain a signature, they will leave a calling card with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel.
Zodee is able to offer compensation to the full value of the order if the parcel has been deemed lost by DHL.
Cost is a flat rate of $7.95.

If you want you parcel fast and securely, DHL Express is a worldwide courier service with an excellent reputation.
Parcels are fully trackable and a signature is required on delivery.
DHL cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Customs/Duty For Overseas Orders
|
|
Some countries have import duty and other taxes on goods entering their country.
The amount you are allowed to import varies from country to country and you are responsible for all charges that may be applied to allow your goods to leave customs.
Unfortunately Zodee is not able to estimate what these charges might be.
For orders being delivered overseas, you are not liable to pay the local Goods and Services Tax (GST) and this will be deducted from your order.
For UK customers, choosing the Royal Mail Signed For guarantees that no VAT or Duty will be paid on entry to the UK. |
