Zodee accepts the following payment methods:
- Secure Online Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Bankcard)
- Direct Deposit
- Offline by credit card by fax or post
- Offline credit card payment by telephone
- Offline payment by cheque/money order

Order Online by Credit Card

Pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Bankcard) in our secure environment.
Credit card details and passwords are all stored in a highly encrypted secure database.
Payment by credit card is the easiest and most efficient method of shopping at Zodee.

Credit cards are charged when goods are ready to be despatched, and not at the time of ordering.
If a card has been declined, we will email you informing you.
If we haven't recevied a response in 5 days, we will retry the card.
In the event of a second failure, the order will be immediately cancelled.

Direct Deposit

You can place money directly into Zodee's bank account via direct deposit.

| Please leave your order number as a reference or your order may be delayed while we match the payment.
Please note that orders payed by direct deposit will not be processed until payment has been received.
Orders for which payment has not been received within seven days will be cancelled.

Offline Payments

Some people are uncomfortable with transmitting their credit card details over the Internet, or do not have a credit card.
Zodee offers a number of options for your convenience:

- Credit card payment by post or fax
- Credit card payment by telephone
- Payment by cheque/money order
All these options can be selected at the end of the checkout process and the order is submitted to Zodee immediately. In this way you have a printable order form with the details of you order.
Plus ordering in this way means you can get the great benefits of being a Zodee Club member.
Please note that only orders placed in this way are elligible to member benefits.

For payment by cheque, we accept personal/business cheques, bank cheques and postal orders.
Please note that orders by cheque are not processed until the funds have cleared and this takes three working days.
Orders for which payment has not been received within fourteen days will be cancelled.
Please note, all payments must be made in Australian Dollars.
Any payments in foreign currencies will be refused.
